Blush&Co Vintage Jewellery Finds curates authentic vintage and pre-loved jewellery pieces selected for their quality, character, and timeless appeal. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

All items are vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise stated. As such, they are sold with consideration of age-related wear and natural imperfections consistent with their history. We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and present each piece; however, variations in colour, finish, and detail may occur due to lighting and device display differences.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in the event that a product is faulty, significantly not as described, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

For change-of-mind returns, Blush&Co Vintage Jewellery Finds does not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be amended without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. Blush&Co is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit once the item has been handed to the postal carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

All jewellery should be handled and stored with appropriate care. We accept no responsibility for damage arising from misuse, improper care, or normal wear following delivery.
