Faulty Items 

Blush & Co strives to exceed your expectations on quality and precision at all times. We do however, apologise if you incur a fault with your jewellery. 

If this is the case, please contact us at enquiries@blushandco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number, fault details and supporting photos. 

We will offer to replace the item if possible, otherwise a credit note or refund will be issued.

Items will be assessed upon return and deemed faulty by us. Should a refund be required, funds will be processed and returned via the original method of payment used to place the order, excluding shipping costs.

Faulty items DO NOT include items that have been worn. 


Change of mind

Due to hygiene reasons, we are strictly unable to offer a store credit / exchange or refund for change of mind on earrings, as well as sale items which are not eligible for returns.

A store credit is however available for change of mind on any other jewellery. Please email us at enquiries@blushandco.com.au within 3 days of your delivery date.

Items need to be unworn and in its original packaging. If items appear to be worn or not returned correctly, your return will not be approved. 

You will be issued a form which needs to be completed and included in your return parcel. Blush & Co is not responsible for any return shipping costs or lost packages. We strongly recommend you use a secure tracking service in this case.

Each earring product description provides dimensions, colour specifications and accurate photo representation, so please choose carefully to avoid any disappointment.


When will I receive my refund/store credit?

Once your order has arrived back at our facilities, it can take up to 10 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email to update you!
